TWISTED EVENTS STATEMENT – 17 MARCH 2020
Since we released our previous statement on 14 March 2020, the COVID19 situation in the UK has evolved. Yesterday afternoon, the UK Government announced new advice on how we can all stem the spread of the virus.
That advice includes the population not going to pubs, clubs and social events to stop the spread of the virus and to minimize pressure on the health service. In response to this advice, we have made the decision to postpone the next two harddance events from us which was planned for April and May 2020.
While most of you our patrons are not considered high-risk, all of us are potential carriers and spreaders, and many of us will have high-risk people (our elders or people with underlying health issues) in their families or in their day to day lives whom we must responsibly take care for. We must do our best to protect them and also not further burden the hospitals and health services, which will be under enormous extra pressure, so it would be much wiser to not go ahead with these dates.
Recent events are outwith anyone’s control and we are very sad to bring this news as we can imagine you reading this will be. However, the show must go on…
“Darkside invites BKJN: Hardcore Heroes” will now take place on Friday 6th November 2020.
This event is nearly SOLD OUT. The final few tickets are now priced at £30. The line-up for Darkside invites BKJN remains untouched.
Existing tickets (with the original date) are still perfectly valid and we advise you to hang on to them as not only have you benefited from a cheaper price but this event will sell out soon and you will struggle to get one. If however, you can not make the new date, you can ask from the point of sale.
“InfeXious invites Gearbox: 10 Years” will now take place on Friday 25th September 2020.
The lineup for the new InfeXious / Gearbox date is going to be even heavier as we are now able to add some artists whom were not previously available. It is Gearbox 10th anniversary and now with date change InfeXious 13th year in the business so a double celebration from two outfits which were born and bred in Scotland. We plan to announce the new line up soon, as we are just finalising contracts with the new additions.
The Mid Tier Early Bird allocation (£20 per ticket) are all but gone but we shall increase allocation and keep on sale a bit longer.
